Later Kadambas of Karnataka, Anonymous, Gold Fanam, 0.10g, Fraction of “Malege Bhairava” Gadyana, Obv: Lion standing and facing to right, with forepaw raised, Rev: Trishul in a circular beaded border. Extremely fine, extremely rare.
The Later Kadambas migrated and ruled further north of Karnataka and the same symbol becomes insignia of the Shilaharas of Kolhapur and Kadambas of Goa.
