Copper Paisa, 3.61g, “Fish” type, Damla Mint, in the name of Shah Alam II, RY 12, Mint name above fish. Very fine, very rare. Damla is a rare mint amongst the many that struck ‘fish’-type paisas in the Doaba region. Damla is located to the South-west of Jagadhri (Yamuna nagar) and as such the most likely contender for attribution is the Sikh zamindar of Jagadhri.
