Victoria Queen, Copper Original Proof Half Anna, 1862, Calcutta Mint, Obv: Crowned and robed bust to left, divided legend “VICTORIA QUEEN”, a tiny “V” in relief, Rev: HALF ANNA INDIA 1862 within a beaded circle surrounded by a serpentine wreath of leaves, buds and flowers (Prid# 582). Minor spot on obverse otherwise excellent condition, extremely rare. Modern restrike Proof often appear in Auctions but original Proof are very rarely offer on sell.
