He wears shorts, dagger on waist, crescent on left, Brahmi legend “Apratiratho vijitya kshitimavanīśo divaṁ jayati” around, Brahmi legend “Samudra” written vertically, Rev: Goddess seated on the couch in Bhadrasana posture, holds a cornucopia in her left hand and the royal diadem in her right hand, her feet rest on a bed of petals. Brahmi legend “Apratirathaḥ” (S Kumar# Class II, Variety A.1). Beautiful broad flan with almost complete legend on both sides. Extremely fine for type, exceeding rare in this grade.
