Kalachuris of Ratnapur, Jagapala, Silver Pana, 0.21g, Obv: Stylized Goddess Lakshmi seated facing, Rev: Devnagari legend “Sri Jaga/ Pala” in two lines (Joe Cribb ND Vol. 27-28). Very fine. Jagapala was a feudatory of Kalachuri king Ratna Deva II, and issued these silver coins in the Jabalpur area of central India. Only a handful of specimens are recorded.
