Damajadasri, Silver Dracham, 2.28g, Obv: Bust of king Satyadaman right with collar, wearing Strapal Cap, date in Brahmi numeral behind the bust, corrupt Greek legend around, Rev: Crescent on three arched hill over a wavy line, crescent in left field and Sun in right field, Brahmi legend in Sanskrit “Rajno Mahakshatrapasya Damajadashriya-putrasya Rajno Kshatrapasya Satyadamna” (Fishman# 14.3S.124). Extremely fine for type, exceedingly rare. Satyadaman known only from his extremely rare coins. He ruled only for very short period of SE 124/ AD 202. The coins of Satyadaman consider as rarest in the entire Western Kastrapas series.
