Western Khandesh, Post-Mauryan/Pre-Satavahana period, Prakashe, Lower Tapi Valley, Uninscribed die- struck, Alloyed Copper, 5.91g, Obv: Bold tree in railing & Taurine below its branch on the left, Rev: Three arched hill placed within an “open cross” symbol. Very fine, very rare.
It is more usual to find coins of this type with a Swastika inside the cross symbol. A variety with three-arched hill instead is a much rarer occurrence.
